Learning Outcomes and Application | This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to investigate specialised imaging technologies and their application in photo imaging practice.It applies to individuals who create innovative images using specialised imaging technologies. They may be engaged in scientific, forensic, geographical, exploratory and other industry areas. At this level work is usually carried out independently, with supervision or guidance available as required.No licensing, legislative or certification conditions apply to this unit at the time of publication. | ||
Duration and Setting | X weeks, nominally xx hours, delivered in a classroom/online/blended learning setting. Assessment must be conducted in a safe environment where evidence gathered demonstrates consistent performance of typical activities experienced in creative arts industry environments. The assessment environment must include access to: specialised image technologies sources of information on historical and contemporary imaging technology and techniques. Assessors of this unit must satisfy the requirements for assessors in applicable vocational educational and training legislation, frameworks and/or standards. |
